In the old days if someone from COP massed/attacked/raided you, you just could do nothing back.
Now we may get farmed the same amount but we are farming them all back now [ AND GROWING BETTER THAN BEFORE ]
So the CIA is not in any sort of stalemate, we are growing and the COP are just lossing naq/UU and power every second this war goes on.

When ever I got hit for naqs, I never involved the alliance, only those whom had difficulty handling a situation asked for alliance help, so that basically and I would say in the most part, would put an arguement against the do nothing back
I will not argue that alot of people are doing well in this war on all sides, though I would also say that there is no more pleasure in just farming, where just a small defense is massed where you have to think your officers and planets are either attacked or destroyed, what makes things fun is building yourself up to such a manner that you make your self safe, where you see your defenses hold or find yourself having a defense broken and then rebuilding higher ect. If a simple small defense cannot be kept, then this game has only one real play left FARMING and I dont play games to just farm its boring
I have grown, sold uu and invested, traded more ect, at the end if all there is, is a small defense to look for then again just ruins the atmosphere and ambiance of the game and looses all its fun
as for COP loosing naq uu ect, I said it once before, The Legion had an army between just if I remember 17, had an army greater than the whole of DDE who at the time had 55 members
You have members like metal messah and others with armies greater than 50m and more
When I had my army at 27m, I was making more naqs than I lost, I said it once and ill say it again, who is funding this war, if I at 27m was making then who is really loosing, So I would argue that COP is loosing Id say all alliances are in one way or other loosing and I would also say that all alliances are gaining,, but what levels I dont know
as for ranks ect, I dont bother with a defense or large attack, why bother, honestly whats the need, after all if a 3t defense cant hold why even have more than a few m, ergo if enough people think similar you can easily look week, its what you could do in one turn that can make a difference
