I believe High Empty is right because if war ends we'll get us ranks back I think and MOST of top page will be replaced by CoPs/CIA top players!

I would like to see this war to end as it's pointless and is destroying the game by making it dull for a lot of my friends on both sides. I play this game for fun and this war is turning it into far away from fun

And imho adding new alliances will only increase the dullness, but I'm not here to talk you out of it. Andrew I respect you cause you're a classy player. All i would ask you is this: If you'll mass any Aeons, please have the respect for this and start with me as i'm the leader

As for the ranks: I don't care about ranks, anybody who knows me a bit knows that. Top COP/CIA players can afford those stats because they have the army sizes to do so. Everyone else is just pushing it, unless they are ascending. My 2 cents.

This is the sorta thing that COP does ........ I hope the post from high empty shows people outside the war some of the reasons why the cia alliances are fighting COP cuz his attitude is the sort of thing we are fighting. Obviously there has been no dent in some key COP members attitude ........which was the original cause for most of the problems we have with COP todate.

OK fine we want to clear up the issue of neutrality, So be it!

If you don't want to attack fine then figure out a peace agreement that all party can accept, i've had all i can take, from now on you play the game your in the war.

So, a CIA alliance leader can suggest that EVERYONE should have to be in the war, regardless of rather they want to or not, and a CoP member says, "Fine, if that's what you want..." And the CIA promptly throws a hissy fit about how mean the CoP are? You know, if you actually spoke out against extremism in your own ranks, it would make it just a tiny bit more believable when you get outraged about the CoP. Maybe it would make your cause look a bit less shallow at least. I doubt it, but maybe.

That post was clearly a reference to KGB's sovereign alliance diplomacy, and not at all related to CIA's common course of action. We follow CIA's guidelines and abide by its charter, for as long as it suits our needs. We all do. That's why we won't stick together after the war.

As for HE's initiative... really, I shiver in my boots. Not really. But well... personally and on behalf of KGB, I'm pleased with this development. Stirring in the pond is a good way to get the frogs to come out.
KGB is consequent. We said we desire total war, and so we welcome HE's initative. Of course we will stick to our side, but you understand why I appreciate it.
As for CIA's appraisal of HE's coming actions, that's a different story.



I hope I can make myself clear? We are a sovereign unit, currently abiding by CIA's charter. Until the time comes when CIA is dissolved and we will seek other targets to fight. Again, I hope this simplifies our stance.

For now, Unity serves our best interest, and we will as such follow CIA to whatever the road ahead brings, until CoP is destroyed.

So let me get this right...You're allied with TL, TF, AB, etc etc etc but when you say that you want to mass the whole game, that doesn't affect the CIA as a whole. You can say what you want and the CIA doesn't have to deal with your words even though you're allies.

But when High Empty takes the exact same stance that you did, it is encumbant on the entire CoP to either agree or to disown him? So you can/speak act indepently of your allies, but the CoP alliances can't? I've never once even spoken to HE and yet the CIA constantly says that what one member of the CoP says must apply to all members, while you all just say whatever you want and throw out lame excuses for why it doesn't matter when you say it. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I have to agree with JS...What a bunch of hyporcits.

Either way, anyone claiming that they are going to mass all neutral parties to get them into the war is just bluffing. For one, despite many of the strong players being in the war, there are still a good few out of it that have a good amount of strength. For two, Dune is technically neutral, and if anyone one single player plans on taking down dune alone then they are foolhardy. That goes for people on both sides.

By all means, try and prove me wrong, but you will fail.

I dont know why any one is worried about High Empty... there is NO WAY he is actually going to mass all the neutrals. It just isnt something he isn't up to doing. Massing folks like the Order and DUNE would be more then he could handle. And even if he tried he wouldn't be allowed.

Its a non-issue High Empty is going to stick with CIA targets... mark my words.
