I belive it is an issue of Multies.
That would make it way too easy for players to start multible accounts to get extra MTS with.
Right now they either have to buy it, or use UU to get someone else to buy it for them.
Or
Actually play the account and get it into G&R.
Any Real new player should learn to play their account till they earn the G&R honestly.
They can trade UU for naq or turns or trade Naq for UU or turns without it with others. But they cant give away turns which as a new player they should need.
