yes, this is a bug... we have tried informing forum of it, but dont know when he logs on the next time...
anyways, we're somehow cause of this rouge message... we were the 2IC of NOS, and due to the follow commander thing we were moved over into TCW, but due to bug, we retained the alliance message ability... unknowing of the alliance switch, we sent that message, thinking it would go to NOS...
sorry for any and all inconvenience to TCW members...
at least a bug was discovered from it, so some good came out of it...
