Naquadah disappeared

hi !

i made a business with a player, he directly sent naq to me. i do not
have full supporter status.i do not wish to write down the ingame ids here, but i am willing to pm it to the corresponding people.

i prepared to receive the naq, i entered the calculated ammount to one of my planet's upgrade level's field and waited to receive the naq.
i refreshed in another browser tab an sgw page to see if i get a new
mail. as soon as i got the mail, i cliced on the upgrade button. i
checked the mail, it says he sent the naq to me.
the planets attributes has not been increased at all. and i havent
received the naq.

i havent been attacked because 1.5 bil naq was on hand and that has
been remained. so i mean none attacked me, not even a player who just
ascended after a hit. because i had naq remained on hand. so im sure i
have not been attacked or robbed. and my defense weapons had not been
damaged either.

so as i see the naq has been disappeared.

may it be a cheat or some kind of bug in the game ?

do you have some logs to trace what has happend ?

it happend several turns before.

i lost 20 bil naq. so it does count for me.

i can pm the mail and the attack logs, but i think admins can check it.

I'll second this bug.

I had a deal with a co-alliance member, Silent Bob (of the Magnificents), and he was directly sending me 10bil naq. I received the message:

Subject: Silent Bob has sent you 10,000,000,000 Naquadah

But I never received the naq. The naq was deducted from his total, but I never received it. I had not been attacked, and this has happened within just the last turn.

I found it really strange, and was about to e-mail the admins when I thought to check the forums, and was glad to find that this was not an isolated issue. This is definitely some bug, and a rare strange one it is. Anyone have any ideas as to the cause/a fix?

Until I hear otherwise I'm going to avoid sending assets direct....

makes it hard to look after my officers without SS though

I third. A few mins ago another player sent me 10bil naq (part of a deal we have) and I recieved the message that the naq was sent but the naq did not appear. I'm on PPT at the moment so it could not have been taken from me.
He sent the naq directly.
