lost naq while sending

i sent 158 billion naq to a fellow player ID 96467 however the naq never arrived it was not stolen i checked my attack logs and he was on PPT it simply vanished tho 150 million turned up in his account he checked his messages and there was one confirming i had sent 158 billion NOT 158 million
