I have mothership envy. I dunno what to do. I was massed by someone and now I can't stop thinking about what a glorious mothership that person has. I have been offered a remodel on the captains bathroom of my mothership, but I still can't help thinking that no matter what I do to the inside it won't help how nice the other persons capacity is.

Do you think all those chain letters I've broken have caused me all my bad luck?

I don't beleive that there is such thing as luck, in all it's meanings and technicalities. However, the fact that in breaking those chain mail letters you beleive that it could have a negative impact upon yourself, you are far more susceptable to beleiving that it is infact the fault of the broken chain letters when something goes wrong. I think ultimately, this is a mental thing, and one that you should give to too much though.

Then again, there is always the old 'Butterfly Effect' arguement but I won't go into that.

You need to consult a qualified neurologist, and query he/she with regard to your brain and it's memorative capabilities. You are displaying classic symptons of short term memory loss, that can be caused by a number of things. Do you smoke cannabis? If so, I would urge you to stop as soon as possible. The most positive aspect of your condition is however, that you can live life and not regret anything that you can't remember.

Good questions Corran. I don't claim to have any more right to answer your questions than anyone else. What I would say however is that there doesn't appear to be anyone else around here at the moment who is willing to do the same. As for question number two, Dear Deirdre is a famous Sun newspaper Q & A person. Someone who typically deals with questons relating to relationship dilemmas.

Dr. Dust,

When I eat Jalapeneos( Ga-lap-pin-oes) and poop it burns. I'm happy when I eat them but sad when I release them. What can I do?

I would suggest that you cut back on the number of Jalapeños you eat. If you can't, then I would probably conclude that you have a slight addiction for them. Perhaps the best possible solution is to keep a small refridgerator in the bathroom, with toilet roll inside it just to cool those hot moments when they occur. Alternatively, consult with a Jalapeño specialist who maybe able to advise of milder varieties.

This is the most crucial question for every body and one that I can only answer with my own beleifs and opinion. It would be morally wrong for me to suggest anything, bearing in mind the creative and religious views of other people. I will say though, that life is not planned out for anyone. Try this website.

Ok here is a real question, my history prof is pretty conservative and he believes that we were justified dropping the atomic bomb on Japan. I debated with him in class, and he said that believing that we should not have dropped the bomb is ignorant. The essay question on the exam is about the bomb. Should I just bs it and write what he believes and get an A in the class or write what I believe and get a B in the class? I wouldn't really care too much about a B, but the rest of my classes are over and they are all A's so a B would blow a 4.0 gpa.
