Well I dont know about other people but I wouldn't mind seeing some new "Technology" options

Yes I agree with you there. Maybe a Technology that the price increases with each upgrade, like UP does.

Well once again, those with the trillions of spare naq would become even more untouchable....

Any small change will have a huge impact on the game.

So yes some new Technology may be nice, but letting it increase foever would be detrimental. It would need to be more like Covert levels, and then only .00125% per level .....

Unless of course you make the cost of technology based on army size of some sorts.

Then you can go on about how people can 'trade' there army size away to get smaller to make it 'cost' less so I figure the cost can be based on some formula between lifers, super soldiers, and even MS size.

    better to level tech levels alone. covert can be improved with covert levels purchased. just my thought on the matter
