Can't ascend~! >.<

Holy hell ... I've got none of my resources on me anymore. So - someone, please help XD

Your user name exists in the ascended realms. You will need to change your name, as identities are not to be mistaken there!!

What do I do ... ? I've got an ingame in ascended, which is different then my main. And someone's taken my main name, in ascended. Now I can't ascend? ; . ; I think I'm gunna cry.

Odd.

Try changing your main name to a name that doesn't exist in the ascended realm. If you have no name changes left then you will have to use 3 mt's and trade for one. Might work, but don't blame me if it doesn't

Or

You can try and figure out who the guy on ascension is and get him to change his name, but good luck with that

And even then it might not work, I am merely guessing on possible 'fixes' that you can do yourself. Honestly, your best bet may be to just try messaging support. This is a rather buggy situation...

Yes, but you could have left and gotten a new account.

E-mail admin to link your current ascended account and current main account.
