missing PPT

I just ascended 2 days ago and before I ascended I had 47.6 hours left and that has enevitably ended but the PPT I was suppose to get after my ascension still hasn't started. I'm not sure if or not that this is a bug.

No bug. You cant accumulate more than 48hrs of PPT unless admin gives you... That was covered in a previous admin chat.
