well protection is like farming.You never know what and who the other guy has behind his back.So if someone is risking everything to protect his officer from one or 2 naq hits imagine the massed side who could he possibly drag into the fight and then what it seemed like small protection turns out to be great war.
Well just my thought its not worth it.

i attacked a guy once and got an angry message from people. it was one bloody attack peoples. either get better defences or don't carry 500 million naq .

how long have you been playing, its only been a couple of days for me but i can easily get 500 mill, if i'm bored its anything over 100 mill i can take. some people should really learn to keep they defence high. people with 9 mil attack and 0 defence are just begging to get hit

I beleive in letting my officers handle their business. If they got to much naq out, its their fault. If they get their UU raided for having to many out, its their fault. BUT if they have someone on them, constantly attacking them, and they have tryed every way they know to stop them such as diplomacy, bribes, or a full scale retaliation, and the aggresser wont back off THEN and only then do I get involved.

I'm farming A LOT (around 100attacks per day) and some people attack me back and take 0naqu some people writes PM but 90% let it go. So from 500attacks I get 20back attacks and 5PMs. Other 375 people don't care about 1-3bil naqu I guess I'm lucky and must leave teal'auc alone about my officers: I help if they ask.

Most of my officers are newer players so I lend my protection to get them going. I will not mass someone for naq hits but if there is over 2 in the five day log I warn them. They are by no means defenseless. Most have been involved in our wars and are part of our alliance. Usually if there is massing involved they are part of it with a little back up if needed. The nice part is that my boys look out for me as well so it is a great relationship.

I protect my officers if they get hit more than once.... and then i send a message out which so far has got into no trouble, if trouble arises, i make sure no alliances/outside help gets involved and go full out war

Upu do know that almost all of those 0 def accounts are inactives and or dead accounts. And if you look hard enough you can hit some for well over 1.5bil


Also the officers I try to protect mine but if they deserve it. Lets say mass an antire Alliances MS's into the ground ..... than Im all for them for getting vengance on the fella. But If the get farmed repeatedly than I send a "Please do not attack my officer again. Repteated action will not be tolerated .... Thank you" type of reply

At first I ask them to stop attacking my officer politely. Then if they keep it up that is when I either sabb them of take their naquadah.
