Rank Improvment HELP

What are u all talking about when u say Untrained? I see Nothing on my training page that says Untrained spys and what not,, only Untrained is the Untrained Mercs which everyone says do nothing for u or to advance you. Im talking asgard Plz explain. My rank isnt improving, Use the exact words that i see on my training pages so I c an understand,, Remember I am Asgard, Small and grey. and at this time with a Pea sized brain.
I have 10000 spys spy lvl 15 about 5000 attack guys each with the best weapons, and 5000 defense guys each having the best weapon. My Unit Production is 598 or near there. I got these drones that I didnt buy but they keep appearing. Maybe 6000 of them they dont fight when i attack at least they arent listed to do so. I dont have weapons for them *shrugs*. What do i need to do to improve my rank?

Rank is determined by adding up the 3 ranks (attack, defence and covert). The lower the total, the higher your rank. The best way to move up in the ranks in to improve your worst stat, or the stat that will improve the most for the naq invested.

Working on covert is easily the best way to gain ranks buy loads of spys them get the next spy level to double your covert action.

On the other hand, if you want to start off slow and gradually build up work on increasing you unit prodution to increase your amount of untrained units. You should get it to 1000 minimun.

yea...we just generally call them untrained because we're..used to it i guess one day you'll call them untrained as well
