The game is fine. I mean sure, there are some annoying people in this community, but every community has some of those.

We'll just have to learn to live with them(or ignore them) and not take this game too seriously.
These people - seek attention. Don't give them what they want.

And yeah let's have a group hug.

the games is changing. not for the better nor worst. ppl get bored they leave. the game has become popular so ppl join. ppl arent adapting well to the new ppl that r joining. and not adapting well to how ppl r leaving.

its just like school. ppl move and new ppl move to the school district. u learn to get on with school if u like the new person or not. and if u liked the person that left or not. u just move on.

and just curious. how many threads have their been with this same intention. sum1 should just sticky a thread about this. its getting annoying seeing all these "How r we gonna change sgw forums for the better" or "this game is going downhll"

The thing is, all the "The game/forums are going downhill" threads generate a general atmosphere of pessimism and when enough of them are created people actually start to believe that the game maybe might be going downhill, where they might have been happy with it before.

And then they leave.

It's threads like this that cause people to leave (not that all people leave because of threads like this, but if there were none of these threads there would definitely be less leavers), not anything to do with the game or forums.

So perhaps we should focus less on what we don't like about the game, and more on how great it is.

I think this thread was created because someone wanted to talk about the issues. Yes, similar ideas have been mentioned before but if they have something new and important that they want to share, I think it would be great if we have the courtesy to hear them out.

Exactly. I never noticed anything and loved this community - then people started making these "downhill" threads and I automatically agreed - for a moment - then I realized the game was just fine and these threads were mostly BS.

For me this a litle over one year I've played - the game has never been better.
Except for one player who's still here but not active and I miss him. But he will be back. And of course we've lost a few great players.... I missed DOOM_LORD but he has returned. And even though we loose some legends... new future legends are born. And I know of some great people who have joined this game. Just because their accounts aren't huge right now... they will grow and eventually become game legends.

Ah scre it this Topic has lost its initial intentions. I wanteed to here ppls opinions on the ghame as a whole good or bad. Not just the forums noit just the game but both and ppl just have to start spaming it ><

There are issues with this gmae. Issues ppl do not wish to discuss well one day in time those issues are going to be realized by the whole of the community and the game will either crash and burn or slowly decline.

Even if PPL do not discus them now it is still going to happen. vreated this thread in hopes of finding or at least thinking of a way to make sure that never happens. But no all ppl do is bash the thread "oh this has been created before" "These are the types of threads that make ppl not want to continue playing" Well that is yor opinion but still..... this was y thread and i was looking for help in some way or another. Even if you ppl dont give a damn about whats slowly happening to this game fine. But I do and I refuse to just sit here and watch.

Theres not really anything to talk about.

Every MMO evoloves, SGW just happened to be one of the unlucky ones that evolved for the worst. Not just ingame wise(through a few bad updates), but also, and mostly community wise.

Everyones takeing it to seriously now, the place is more like a RL war zone then an online game...and it sucks.
