most ppl know and hav seen that ep. ie i saw that ep quite a while ago atleast and hav had that ep on pc for about the same time. canadian channels play stargate sg1 atleast 4 weeks b4 scifi airdates

and no, the asgard didnt do mass suicide, theyve made many adaptations to their dna over the years and this one created a bad outcome which leads to rapid degeneration of their bodies. think of it as a unforseen result of dna alteration

They did do mass suicide, they blew up their planet. Yes, they were dying but it was still suicide. If someone has cancer and kills themselves, it is not still considered suicide?

EDIT: I have been having trouble finding The Siege part 3 online, anyone know where I can get it? Every torrent I find for it has 0 seeds.

i think they had already evacuated the planet b4 it blew up. did it say anything on that subject or was it implied?

they killed themselves, cause they were a dieing race and didnt want to wait, and also the ori would have killed them anyway

Linking to sites where episodes can be downloaded illegally is not acceptable. sites do exist where you can watch the show.

So that it is clear that SGW does not condone or permit any illegal action or provide a forum where it can take place, the link has been removed.

Linking to site like Youtube and Daily Motion, where it might be possible to see some sort of a caption/video is ok(Daily Motion and Youtube control their own content), but linking to a site where you can download the vid yourself is not permitted. It's a thin line, but a line nonetheless. We wish to have no part in illegal action.

The asard were on their planet and they destroyed it killing thereseleves, so they didnt devolve into idiots, to put it simply.

Its stated in a spoiler in an ep of season4 of atlantis when the wraith, daedalus and apollo are preparing to fight the asurans that they have the asgard tech installed, or atleast some of it.
