The tricky thing is that many accounts have been passed around like trading cards, so old players often don't necessarily have old accounts :?

yes there was, I think the oldest was ghosty goo with id:3 but he has quit now and dont know that he did with the accunt :(

I have bahamuts old account right now with 4719, MY original was 5490. And no, i didnt buy it - i started feb 12th 05 - i just wasnt interested in the forums till later on.

oldest account vs lowest number.

I do recall that the numbering system used to be different, and at one point numbers were assigned at random, then they went back and were assigned sequentially. I believe my source for this info was Rienna. :p
