SGW down again? (site returned after 25 minutes)

I've been trying to load the SGW command centre fro about 15 minutes, and the home page for about 5 now... and it's not loading.
It happened about 2 minutes into the new turn (23:08 game time) after an initial loading problem like at the begining of every turn.

In addition, only 457 people were playing in my last page load, given the normal is about 595, I'm assuming it's not a server overload.

It's happening again.
But some of my friends aren't having the same problem...
This is really weird.

Note: I can obviously still access this site alright, so it's not my internet in general.

It could be because the more server.
