Personally I wouldn't hit anyone unless they had over 20 billion out, and even then I would be like hmmm nah... not worth it..

Usually if I see something like 40-100 billion out its mine before i even blink... But yeah..

Taking my old farming method, I'd farm for *calculates* 1.075billion

basically,

market rate for ATs * 1.5 (50% to cover risks of failure and repurcussions)
that + 300 mill (repair costs)
that *1.5 (For profit)

But that was only when I farmed non-stop for a few months and generally got through over a few thousand turns a day atleast without exception.

If I weren't farming though, at the moment I'd be going for 100 billion at least, but of course that would be assuming I kept growing like I was and didn't quit .

Depends on your looses. If you coudnt buy more than you loose back at market rates it aint worth it. 30bil for every 1mil supers you have.

well my attack isnt very high, so about 5 bil or above, i hate it when ppl attack me for 3 bil, i have a 70 bil defence and a decent MS so there repair costs are about 1-2 bil, so they are basically attacking me for 1-2 bil, very annoying

I had a guy steal 9bil and he lost 23bil in uu and god knows what in repairs.

Patrick, most people use mercs to farm. I know I do. Anyone who doesn't isn't doing too well.

I hit for anything above 3b, but I do lots of hits. Jamie up there is lazy and doesn't like small hits.

i look at repair costs when farming... also defenders strength on the offensive end and i go from there.

2k Units lost @600 mil per k
300 mil to repair weapons
15 ATs @ 20 bil per k = about 300 mil

so all in all about 5 bil for profit rating

I normaly attack for 1 bill and over if they have 10 bill defence, if they have 20 bill defence I only attack for 2 bill and over etc etc
