Fake "Legion Empire"

"Founder of the Legion Empire"

Legion was created by me and Sovetski in another server over 12 months ago and grew to become "Legion Empire"

some month ago I decided it was time to expand Legion Empire to other servers and so created "Legion" here in main.

Within days of this a new aliance was formed..

"The Legion"

Fair enough I guess, I have no copyright on the word "Legion" so what the hell, it's not as if I am the only aliance out there with Legion in the name.

Since then another game arrived that is very much akin to SGW but more like it was back in the days before AC/PLanets and even motherships/ascension which I took a great deal of interest in and so was busy setting up "Legion Empire" there too.

This did not completely destract me from my plans for main however and over the last few weeks I have been working with several alliances to finally create "Legion Empire" here in main.

The final stage in my plan was of course the creation of our forum. Having spent a long time administering Forums using free sponsored phpbb forums I decided it was time to make a real job of it.

so I decided to go and register the domain name.. after al. Myself and Sovetski created Legion Empire so it will be available for me to take...

There is an imposter out there..

An aliance who seem to lack origional thought, lack imagination..

It is amusing that 2 of the first people registered on this fake "Legion Empire" forum is in fact a former member of Legion in it's game of origin.

It is even more amusing thet their secondry alliance is called "Cohorts", as this was a designated rank in the origional "Legion Empire"

i was in the the legion on the other game with reaperman and he is rite in wat he says

these can be seen as fakes but really there is nothing that can be done now

its just a shame that a great empire on another game has been taken over on this great game

u had ur alliance name on another game before TL was founded? but they had "The Legion" name on SGW before u had ur name here? And the games aren't connected. so no..they aren't fake....if they created their alliance on THIS server before u did. ur fake not them. but if u did create it before on THIS server...then they are fake....dunno if i got this right...

and yeah..ur right noone can do anything about it. i doubt u will go and mass 21 really good players. yeah right. this will be very interesting.

Reaperman speaks truth... for I too am member of Legion Empire on another game... he was founder along with few other well known former SGW players.

Nooo your not right. I created "Legion" here first which is probably why they are called "The Legion" as I was not massively active at the time however and as I also was not recruiting I simply did not make a song and dance on forum to anounce our existance.

As for "Legion Empire" As I have announced our formation first here I beleive it makes me genuine and "The Legions" copycat empire (when they choose to announce it's creation) FAKE!!!

As for what can be done...

Nothing more than this thread has done. It has announced the Arrival of Legion Empire which as always consists of Legion and other alliances tba shortly.

If there are any Members of Empire from other servers who would like to join the "real" Legion Empire, just drop me a PM as Legion are officially recruiting
