let's add Received Units too


i just thought of this one, idea straight from pokemon

but have it so that if u have 20k UP, then 2% of sent units run away

this kind of doubles the fields in the DB, but essentially it means that if someone sends u 2mill uu, but u have a 2k UP and otherwise 20k army size, then you need to increase your UP and influence otherwise your sent men will think you're a joke and run away

I dont fully understand what your trying to say.

If person A sends person B 1mill uu and person B doesnt have a high enough UP a certain percent of the uu run away?

if ppl speed ascend, looks like they'll have to increase the UP size, planets do that to you already
