I don't understand what you are reffering to. If you mean this:

I can't tell. I can't load the gif. there shouldn't be anything to worry about if your sig area is less than or equal to the dimensions outlined in the forum rules and do not exceed 2 Mb.

This looks fine in Solaris, but crap in SubSilver. I made it as a .gif but for some reason .gifs aren't displayed properly (instead of a transparent background it shows that awful, disgusting green i used), so I changed the background to black and in SubSilver is black.

Yeah I was referring to the that. Sorry but i changed the name when i made a few alterations earlier, and forgot to update the link in this post.

My actual concern was that it contains footage from a SGA ep which i dont think SCI-FI has aired in the US, and thus it might be breaking some kind of spoiler rule.

No, no such spoiler rule exists. That is generally reserved for posting about episodes, and even then it's not a rule, but suggestion so other pple won't know what happened.
