Turns are not running, but naq and uu's are still being generated when the turns would normally run. I think that has only been working for about 4-5 hours though.(based on my income and how much I had out..)

edit: Nevermind, turns are working fine again.

I disagree with this. A hit is a hit. 24 hours is plenty of time. If you're get your naq stolen after it has been sitting safe for 24 hours, then you obviously didn't want it, nor did you deserve it. Hell, 12 hours is almost too long.

From what ive read on here so far, it seems that everyones PPT time ends at a different time, but within 1 or 2 turns, maybe this is to stop the entire server lagging out hard on the mass farming spree that will occur.
Deep within Noob Cave, you find a strange pool filled with a glowing blue liquid. You think back to what your mother told you about unfamiliar liquids found in caves.

You're pretty sure she said "Drink it! What's the worst that can happen?"
