Don't worry about those mate They're just little drones, that get paid three cents a week to search the web for all sorts of wonderful topics and articles that would reference back into their respective search engines

Don't worry about them. They little pests but do no harm. They just look at the content so they can add stuff so when people search in google or yahoo it'll take them here

we had them on the old forums too, but they weren't listed. They don't even have a user account (which is why you can't view their profile) it's just that the forums know who they are and so tell us

The way that The Google Bot, YahooBot, AskJeeves Bot, Microsoft Bot etc. etc. work is that they start with Page One. From there, any links found, they start "crawling" those pages too. Then, they crawl the links found on those pages etc. etc.

So, somewhere along a page that was crawled, SGW's forum link came up. Then, I'd assume the DDE forums link was taken from the SGW forum by the Bots.

Essentially, by crawling/reading the pages, Google is able to create an index of this page; or, if you prefer, a database of the page and its contents at the time of crawl.

That, is how Google has such good search results. Their bots index every signle damn page on the internet, lol.
