Password was not sent

I am writing on behalf of my friend -- he cannot login to game few days due to problem with retrieving password after he changed his ingame email. He told that changing ingame email automatically changes password, and his problem is that it simply does not send him new password.

Can something be done about this? He's losing a lot...

why everyone assumes its the spam box is beyond me. sure, alot of the time it is, but people don't make threads and 5 posts about it without checking that first >_>
