think about it, what about those keeping one planet on ppt at all times... should those be prevented from that?

This isn't a bug, more of a suggestion. But if people use MTs for MPDSD power, then they should be able to use it how they wish...
Say you fill your car tank up, drive around, use half, are you saying you shouldn't be able to top it up?
