Cross Forum/Game Banning.

My suggestion: IF someone is banned in forum for being excessively offensive or worse. That their account ingame be deleted ingame.

Sometimes some of the mods will try to step on you, or even mod your section. My advice is to fill a sock with marbles and hit them repeatedly until they stop. - Pianomutt2000.

Re: Cross Forum/Game Banning.

I second that worthwhile and excellent suggestion from Bill. I see absolutely no reason why a member should be allowed to continue posting in the game Forum if they have been penalized so much that they are no longer allowed to play the game itself. If they have caused that many problems, then they need to find other outlets to express themselves. Just my two cents.

Re: Cross Forum/Game Banning.

The problem I see coming up is that if someone happens to be on the same IP as someone else so what this would do is ban them ingame for doing nothing. I know i have come across 2 people ingame with the same IP as me and I know I wouldn't want my account banned for their actions.

Re: Cross Forum/Game Banning.

Why? That's stupid

That's like saying if i'm offensive to some idiot while out in my car, i'm going to be offense to the next guy i see. Swearing in it's self isn't offensive or immature, it's only offensive if the person takes it offensively, and being mature is knowing when to be mature and when to be imature, time and a place and all that.

I could call you a **** (choose your own word here) or we could have a little arguement, doesn't mean i'm gonna mass the crap outta you in game, infact if we ever crossed paths i'd probably be alot more respectiful (not that i'm disrepectful anyway)

Forum 'life' is different to 'game' life, i talk differently on here than i do on MSN or to other people, and even in game. For starters my grammar is good on the forums! :P

my 2 cents.

Re: Cross Forum/Game Banning.

I say Nay.

Because a forum user can be banned for trivial things, which doesn't not affect the game in anyway, shape or form.

On the other hand, at certain times it would be nice. :)
