But I ll adress this one issue to the admin crew if they can and will read it. Creating updates out of the blue without consulting...or better telling us about their arrival is in my humble opinion wrong.
We must basically interpret things on our own and while doing it loads of ppl make mistakes...also it ruins ppls gameplays or at least make them unnecasarily mad.
We can all agree that this update was needed. Too many ppl having only mercs in strike appeared and causing probs to decent blokes with super-consisted defence.
However dropping it out of the blue...I can tell you on my own case...I created 3 mils additional supers...in defence...thinking that would solve the probs...when it hit me they actually need to be attacks supers...and not only...supers in general...(ppl untrained spys put them into defence bought mercs and back to spys...)
This is not the first update that caused such probs...the more XYZ and suspicious are those in times of wars...(mostly big ones because there is always a war going on in sgw and sometimes we know it and sometimes we dont) but mostly in big wars some probs arise...or admin just wants to add smth new...I think that is great...but what happens in war when such an update comes out of the blue!
- 1. some ppl are working with admin and therefor know the ins and outs of these updates (like for instance EnterTheLion) they can then prepare for this update better then others who just got it into their hands and need to adjust...while certain ppl are basically "warned"in advance
- 2. another problem may be that some ppl decided to wage war with XYZ strategy and perhaps they wouldnt if that strategy was not possible to use...then update comes in who basically again disables the use of that particular strategy and it looks to a guy (alliance) that relied on that strategy as if admin was picking sides...
That is not the case, or at least I would hope to beleive so...
But to avoid such probs I think that some time-field needs to be given....in which ppl have a chance to review the upcomming updates and prepare for them.
There will be a lot less nagging, mistakes, perhaps even bugs with that approach.
Perhaps there are some gaps in update and community or someone from it anyway would have noticed it adress the issue and so the update wont come out at all...or would be delayed fixed/adjusted then released...
It would also bring more WHO IS MORE SMART, OR WHO CAN ADAPT BETTER, HAS BETTER STRATEGIES way...how come...because we would all know what is coming some would adapt some not...as in nature the more evolved or at least the one who adapted comes better off.
But by throwing nukes...not telling they are coming a lot of XYZ situations may happen just because ppl were not prepared.
That is my opnion on that matter. Otherwise I think that this particular update is good and was needed although it hurts me in this case (since i had 7 mils mercs and 50k attack supers
)That would be all
