At the moment when every you hit someone planets you remove 1 defence weapon, can this please be removed as it allows someone to mass a planet with just 1 fleet!

Would this be more of a suggestion than a bug?
ie. you can do damage with one bullet as opposed to 100

A fairly minor problem though. "Massing" a planet with one fleet still requires a full 15 attack turns. So, a planet with an average 30 billion defense being "massed" by someone without sufficient fleets to break it would take 225,000 attack turns just to bring it down to 15 billion and 550,000 turns to mass it down to 0.
I can see the potential for abuse but the cost to abuse it is extremely high. Still, it would be classified as a bug because the single fleet should probably not be able to do any damage.
