SGW site slow? Report here! (ONLY HERE

Its kinda slow for me at the moment, i've been bouncing back and forth between both sites (gatewars/stargatewars) and no its just a crawl pace, not booting not anything just sitting

Yeah, it just slowed down to about 2mins per page to load. Its actually quicker to close IE, re-open IE, and log in again than to click on the "Command Center" button...

ya it has slowed down for me aswell, and taure is right it is quicker to log in again, but try this somethimes this works when you click on command center and you can see it going slow click on it again sometimes it works for me.

I got some lag on every page. Its been doing it for some time now and I just figured it would get fixed. I would click on a page and it would freeze for up to 15 seconds each time. Current game time is 19.13 but that is irrelevant because it happens on every single SGW button I click.

I've narowed it down to what it is loading and it seems to be the two google links under the Personal Log button.

i have/will do 2 things:
1) sgw has a backup in place (no comments on the Q failure please).
it takes time. lotsa time. i am redoing the backup with "real meant for backup only" software. this will help.
2) if the google ads slow it down - i'll nix them. i never signed up for a "slow you down and show ads" system....

if i get rid of google, i'll add a 'option' to do so so you can tell if its google or not...

The only time SGW is slow is when the next turn is about to start apart from that its fast for me

Well, My I've let SGW load for around 10minutes, and it still isnt loaded



1% loaded in 10minutes
