I only have level 9, I know it's not alot, but UP is more important in beginning!
What's yours?
I believe highest at the moment would be like level 13 or 14 isn't it?

rofl. lvl 13 was only 100 mil. That's not that much for anyone above 2k size. Also the guy in rank 1 has to have either lvl 15 or higher or over 1000 spies, possibly over 3000. I had to buy lvl 13 and train my army just to see what his naq was.

i just bought level 14 spy level today. i went from 1 to 14 lol. but i used over 1100 attack turns. i got like 1300 UP
