Question about descending...

ok well a certain individual that im looking to descend...has 0 stats (physical nothing lol <1.5k planets...) for basically everything in the account except charisma, channeling, and flow, and a <12 max life force level...but 745k life force...how much damage could they actually do to somoene wit ha decent level of stats mid-hi 20's - 30's?
