i have 69,7 mil UU with 11 mil lifers.So lifers is ok but i want to have all my UU and to be train but not have more lifers.If i train now all UU i will have 20 mil lifers.Please train all my UU but not have more lifers.And i must have 69,7 mil army size

As as a question to LoD and those who know about the perp that hacked the account, any idea why in the hell I got a cut?

there are two options in my eyes:
1. your one of the bad guys and u want to make it look like they just wanted to screw u over.
2. u just got screwed by them

At least someone had the nerve to state it.

Think what you wish I had nothing to do with the hack. I am curious as to why I got a packet though. As such I'd like to know who else did so I can figure out if it was random of if the person knows me somehow.

As for your points.
1) If I were a bad guy I would have kept it quiet and tried to deal with the admins direct so as to raise no attention or just keep the UU and feign innocence or perhaps pass them on again. Best idea would be to send them to a low def accoutn and have your friends raid it to make it plausable. As it stands, for the gain of a few days with a million UU, risking an account deletion is hardly worth it.
2) I wouldn't say screwed over. I got a bit of extra income for a few days, more of a gift. Hence my curiosity as to Perp.

Well you will not be hearing to much more. It does not make much sense to give out too many details on how something is done or detected. The most I will be able to say is about the recovery, banning, or punishment.
