buying SS with visa card

it's not a game bug so i'm posting it here.

can't buy ss with my visa card. it's not expired, legit and works everywhere else, but here all i'm getting is "unable to authorize your payment" message.

has anybody got any idea what is wrong? is there some order i need to put my name in? or what?

If you get a paypal account and attach your visa to it, should work. Paypal will tell you exactly why it can't validate if it can't.
