Is it possible...
to upgrade your constitution or energy repulsion skill to such a level that 100% of the damage inflicted is reflected to the enemy or absorbed?

Its not because of how how the effectiveness of those two decreases as the cost rises, each upgrade starts giving less and less cant remember the exact point where its virtually impossible to get further though.

I asked the same question many moons ago. I never got a concrete answer but the consensus was NO.
But you prolly reach a level of 90 or better but at a high cost.
