Messages dissapearing

i know about it, and thought i'd fixed it a few times already
this is the first bug that's totally escaped my ability to know what it is....
i need a common factor of all disappearing messages to know where to look -- i've looked already everywhere i thought it could be.
i'll keep looking, but i honestly can't say when i'll fix it....

I've just noticed that this has happened to me for the first time. I just lost 10 PMs, some which had the names of players who tend to change their name a lot, and now they are gone.

Umm now they only seem to disappear when I read them...not before I get to read them.....and it doesn't happen every time now....

ok - i reverted to an older version of the inbox.... hopefully before this started

I just lost another 4 msgs but mine seems to have a pattern as I only seem to be losing msgs from my commandr hntrchan and my officer, almost all of my other messages from people who I get fewer messages from seem to be staying in my inbox. Dunno if that helps but its a pattern I suppose.

Same hear it happened again i have deleted all my msg in my inbox to keep it at a minimum and see if it helps me see my msg i will let you know if anyone sends me a msg lol as not had any for 2 days lol

I to can verify that this is still happening, I lost msg's from (SgtPepper) a member of the alliance i'm in and confirmation that he had sent back my untrained.
The counter said I had 5 msg's (2 sitting previously, so 3 new), I clicked on my inbox and the counter went down to 2, with only the previous msg's shown.

can someone that loses messages EMAIL me with their:
*username (and ideally ID) in MAIN SERVER
*message count before disappeared
*message count after
*veryify there were really <before count> before and <after count> after (ie that it is really messages leaving, and not just the count is off)
*who the messages that disappeared were from
*IDEALLY the message ID (you can see this when you hover over the url, or open it to read - the url says "id=xxxx&type=view" - i need the xxxx number
what time (gametime) it happened.

Actually, this used to happen to me too, but only when I sent a PM, it didn't just do it by itself. I had hundreds of messages back then, I thought it was due to my large inbox and I deleted all my messages (by accident actually ). I have not experienced this since... this IS a bizarre dilema.
