Okay guys if someone registers on your alliance forums and declares war please dont believe that crap for 3 waves someone has been going around declaring war on other alliances mostly it's people who have a problem with 1 alliance so they go to the rank 1 or rank 2 alliances forum and declare war.
Whoever is doing this your a freaking dumbass!
