say someone had 80k total UP and was their own CO.... what UP bonus should they get?
(taken from help page)
Untrained Units Per Turn:Your 'natural' per turn units, are your daily unit production, divided by turns per day. You get a 20% bonus if you are your own commander, 10% bonus if you have no commander
so what UP bonus should somoene get if someone were to become someone's own CO?
i dont think its based on Raw UP because if it were the bonus UP would be greater than just 2k...
maybe this is a bug, if someone can tell me why the bonus i get is NOT 20% of either my raw or my total UP.....
A question about UP bonus as your own CO

We'd need to know your RAW UP, whether or not you have any officers, whether or not you have any planets, what type of planets you have, and your Ascended level.
Then I can tell you whether or not you are getting the 20%

Re: A question about UP bonus as your own CO
just before i became my commander i looked at my UP.... after i became my commander i looked at it... it only grew by 2,000.... and 2k is neither 20% of my raw nor 20% of my total (if 20% went by my raw UP i should be getting 4k UP not just 2k..... and if it went by my total i should be getting like 20k
not just 2k....
so it also might be a bug...
i just wanted to know if it was 20% of my raw, or 20% of my total, even though i figured it up on both and it doesnt work out right....

Hold a moment... were you commanderless before you made yourself your own CO?
(and it should be 20% of RAW gets added to total)

Re: A question about UP bonus as your own CO
bigman360 was my CO so it should have grown by 20%
but 2k is so little its not worth the less income so this wont be a problem in about 2 more hours (after 24 hour limit is up) (unless its a bug and im supposed to be getting like 15k + to my total
but since its based on raw forget it, thanks xeno.

Re: A question about UP bonus as your own CO
Okay, thats odd because I am my own commander and I have an 80k RAW UP, with that I get a bonus 4k UP to myself. It works perfectly fine for me as I did the math for my planets and my officers included. Nothing seems out of wack
