Alliance Flagship, Alliance income

Hi all! I am new to the game I started it a few days ago. I hadgot some freetime and thinking about these things. I am curious,whats your opinion?

So there could be an alliance income. Every alliance member's income's 10% or 15% or I don't know how much, would go into the alliance' treasury. But the members wouldn't loose that money. So there will be a general income for the alliance. Only 2 players could work with the money, the alliance leader and the second leader.
They could sent money to other alliance members to help them improve their defense or for something, but the alliance members could send money into the alliance treasury so the money in it could grow faster. There wouldn't be a bank so the alliance's money wouldn't be in safe. It's important because there could be an alliance mothership, called Flagship. Every alliance could have only one. It would be the same like mothership exept the name Flagship and it would be much much more expensive and that's why the alliance members can send money into the alliance's treasury. The flagship could used for a lot of things. The only 2 player who can control it the leader and the second leader. The flagship can attack other alliance's flagship and if it win it can steal the money from the enemy alliance. The money can pay out for the members or can be used to improve the flagship. In wartime the flagship could sent to other members to help them. So it'sdefense could be add to a member's defense. And if a flagship sent to an alliance memberto help him in battle so when he is attacked the flagship automatically help him but not just when he is attacked. It's defense can be added to the planetary defenses when the enemy want to conquer a planet so the flagship could prevent it and can destroy the enemy mothership if it's more powerful.

then couldnt a very strong alliance use theirs to destroy the motherships of many smaller alliances???

other than the kill ms idea i like it...

what is to stop about 10 player coming together that have huge army sizs near the 100 mil mark and just pouring 5 days income into a flag ship ea and then going out and attack every other alience for naq? they would be unstopable if i read it right since then once they start only naq in the alience treasury can be used to upgrade it and therefor other aliences have no naq left in there treasury

Whats to stop it? I'd say they would run out of turns. And you don't think there wouldn't be other large flagships?

separate turns generated for flagships? turns that ONLY generate 1 at a time and there is no way to get more than 1 turn every 30 minutes?? (more would just make it easy to attack lots of different flagships in a short amount of time) and maybe a 50turn attack? or 99turn attack?

almost kinda like the cia vs cop war LOL and this flagship wars could last even longer....

now on topic... i would rather not lose turns every 30 minutes to go to the flagships turn capacity, but rather it get its own turns and there be no way to get more than 1 per turn so it could take like a week to get enough turns to attack another one and the amount of naq you could get in an attack be like 50bil or something... more depending on how high the income is in the alliances players (bigger alliances income = more money and smaller incomes = less money) which might prevent someone with a huge flagship from constantly attacking weaker flagships.
