removing the spam sections

for FORUM issues, complaints, requests, bugs, etc - - not game related...

valid points, but i just asked, because i thought people who dont play the games should be able to decide if they want to see them or not, plus it would also allow people to have a smaller page, and could also help people on dialup

but at the end of the day,,, their is no harm in asking right?
