Maybe its a little known fact to some but here is the truth about TOAA not that anyone cares because it was so long ago.
I killed it. I decided its time was up, its job was done. So i orchestrated its demise and successor, Division 1.
The Order has never broken up.
Since TOAA's demise, Division 1 has been TO's feeder.
And despite what you think, several members have moved up from there.
Maybe you need to check alliance lists more often.

I actually made them, Hens just hosting them for people, hes nice like that

Well and I replace the name. And the really old DD ones I helped in making as well. I also make custom ones for people who'd like them. Much like the ones I'm wearing now.
