Rank Bug?

Zero strike, zero defense, covert of 28 and MS of 129 mill. The rank is 17k.

Officer has 30 bill MS and 9 bill covert and is ranked 30k...

Any explanation?

his officer has higher stats and is a lower rank.
i.e

AntiCovert Action 0
MotherShip Action 129,000,000

Total rank = 17k

Covert Action 9,000,000,000 +
AntiCovert Action 0

thats normal.

Because 0 power ranks are counted as random rank between all the ppl with zero power.... So the commander could have ranks like 30k and the officer ranks like 10k, and in that case that one stat means no difference...
