How can he have Rank 0, when he isn't in Vac Mode or have a deleted account? His stats (army size, treasury, and rank) have been frozen for at least 17 hours. I first noticed his Rank 0 on July 1st 08:00 hrs (game time), which is when I took this ScreenCap. Also, I can't find his account by using the Search function at the bottom of the Attack page. First, I tried searching his username, then I tried searching his userid - and both times I got the same result "no such user ID found in active rankings". But I am still able to get to his main Stats page, because I have him in my Spy Logs, which lets me just click his username. That's how I can see that his stats are the same, compared to the ones in this ScreenCap from 17 hrs earlier.
