Officer UP Bonus
I have never had any officers and was wandering if they had 20k UP total what would be the bonus I recieve as being there CO. I have herd that it is total that counts.

It would depened on the percentage of income you gave them.
At 30%, you would recieve 15% of the 20K.

your CO would get half the percentage of the income they give.
so if they gave 10% they would recieve 5% of your UP, if 30% then 15% of your UP. im pretty sure the percentage they recieve is of your total UP.
also you dont loose any of your UP, unlike the CO who gives up a part of their income.
