God I hate those other ones. I would always click them half asleep and go oh ****, and have to try again.

As was previously mentioned, I imagine it's because they've finally worked out how to stop automation with banking, as was initially the problem and the reason for the moving buttons. (That or auomation has being so advanced that the moving buttons are now useless)
