There are two ways that I know of that can cause this:
A. He donated to the site, got ppt, and went into purgatory immediately after. This should (theoretically) freeze the ppt until he gets off of the realm.
B. He traded resources for Supporter Status, got ppt, and went into purgatory. Again, immediately after. Same explanation.
If this happened, it is a MAJOR exploit and should be looked into by the powers that be. What happens after is up to them.
