A little help for a man whos computer committed hari kari!

Yep so my computer is fried and I am being forced to use the computers at the library. I am however very pissed with all the blocks they have in place. I was wondering if anyone knew of a website that had a browser window of its own that you could look up web pages in. Kinda like seeing a webpage on a picture someone sent you. I am not talking about proxy's and that would not even work for me since the block proxys as well. I just need a mirror site or something similar that will not be filtered as a proxy or such.

P.S I am trying to gain access to controverisial sites but they hate anything that goes against the grain here. Flaming Convervatives! GRRR

I think english is a second language for you. It might be possible to translate the pages from English to your native language and get on SGW that way.

I have no problem getting on to SGW from the library. Just they block everything else under the sun.

Umm the controversial sites I want to get on? I read fan fiction and all that is blocked because of potential adult content. Oh and porn, nah just kidding, you have to be stupid to look at porn at the library, everyone and there mother peek at your screen while your on the internet.

EDIT: Maybe it would help if I gave the program that they use to block me?
