Ok Ive read many topics about the commander bonus having to do with raw and total up a commander gets. So Final Answer, is it raw or total???

The raw UP is your own UP. The total is the bonuses you get from officers.

well and not what i meant really. Example: I have an officer that makes 10k raw (40k total) and I have it set to 30 so he gets 30 of lets say my bil per turn, do i get thirty of 10k or 40k?

If you have him set to 30% of your income, then you get 15% of his TOTAL Unit Production. In essence you would get 6,000. For example. Say I had a Unit Production of 100,000 RAW and 200,000 Total. This is after being someone's officer.

My commander would receive 15% of the 200,000, not the 100,000. So he would get 30k off of me
