Hi,
I have a problem:I sent many emails to the game's admin to request back my resources that was stoled from my account (As you know, my account was hacked some time ago). I get a response like this: "You get back enough: 1.2 trillions naq and 20 millions UU".after few mail to send all my UU back SUE send this email:"Please don't send any email to admin to request back your resources, in other case you get ban."What I want to tell is that I lost in almost 50 millions UU. And what I want is to get back what was mine. That represent my work to this game in last 2 years. I don't ask nothing else, but my rights.
I want that admin jason to read this message.And all my lost uu i want to be miners because i have all this in miner but no more lifers.I have befopre 11 mil

nobody return and send his UU back only this hahaha and threaten you with bann because you ask your justis?? this is revolting. If S_T_I was hacket i think he will have all his stuff back in 2 days(all not half not 40%) and no threat with bann lol.what game mod.Sorry but is inacceptabil this

I don't understand why it's so difficult to restore an account!

LoD should get back the resources he had at the moment he was hacked. And the hacker should be punished exemplary. Simple....


I know LoD for few years, and he is an active player. He wants his resources back to play and not to do something else (like some other people, that are selling resources, transfering to other accounts... etc).

the point is...all he wants is his uu back...that was his in the 1st place

and threattening him for fighting for his uu (and sending mail after mail) is really unjust...i understand that admin has a lot of things to do but still

...i think the only way ur getting him of ur back is to give him back what was rightfully his

Obviously the powers that be (and control this game) have decided to give you only 20 mil uu back and some NAQ - for whatever reasons they have decided this, I have no idea. You've asked several times for the whole amount to be restored, and Admin Sue has told you the admin team has made up their mind and not to annoy them again as anymore emails could result in a ban.

I don't know why you're petitioning the forum here, there's nobody here that can do anything for your situation - besides everyone emailing Sue and the possible banning of your account.

Admin's have decided, and told you that they are sticking with their answer.

It's like a kid who loses his wallet, someone returns it but says it only had 10 dollars in it. While the kid says there was 20$ in it when he lost it and keeps asking for the other ten. The guy who found it says no, it only had 10 in it and that's all he's giving you. You should be happy you got back what you did - there is no guarantee about the quality of service on this site.

But feel free to annoy the already busy admins some more and risk bannination of your account.

ok - here it is from me.

you got all you are going to get.

why you ask? 2 reasons...ok 3...

1) the initial reason that it was decided, by admin Sue/Mark. You were selling your account. The 'buyer' got in, and sold all yoru stuff. Then you say you did not really mean to give it to them, or they hacked, or or or... my best guess - you gave them the ability to get in somehow, they screwed you (or you got paid, and then backed out...i have no way to tell) or or or.... bottom line - you allowed it to happen, then did not get what you wanted/expected/agreed on....
You can say 'no this did not happen' but the emails indicate an account buy in the picture... that much we know.

2) admin Sue is an Admin (see the capital A...). I am not here to overturn her decisions. She is reasonable, smart, mature and far more often than not, right...

3) bringing issues with the admin(s) to the forums, when you do not get what you want (ontop of constantly emailing once you have been given an answer) does you no favours. sure - maybe this is a democracy of sorts, but badmouthing/pestering/'exposing'/etc the ones that run the game will not get you what you want. like terrorism, we do not negotiate ....

case closed. live with it, or leave it.... your choice.
