Re: Most strange thing ever???

I didn't deny he BS'd about Saddam, though if we hadn't run him over I'd say Iran would have at some point.

Anywho, despite me being rock-solid in my doubt of a conspiracy, let's say for a minute there was. What possible reason would Bush have? To get Saddam? Hell, we could've done that on the basis of liberating their people, no need to throw the country into chaos. I mean, look at how well the US government listens to the people now, do you really think they would've listened if we'd said no then?

If it's too controversial, I've heard of Youtube removing videos.

Well I'm not going to keep going on with you, you're obviously hopped up on this conspiracy thing so I'm not going to attempt anymore to reason it with you. I still don't see the logic though, and I still don't see what it matters.

The 9/11 we know who did it, but who ordered them to do it/funded them, is the thing I wonder of...

LoL you belive i'm one of those who believe in ALL conspiracies  ?
No I'm not, I just can put on for example the laden plane, the impact on pentagon, the strange leaving of CIA boss after his remindings again&again there was PROVES of WMD in Irak while the pics were like 12 years old and was proved not any was there...
What I believe in 100% is iraq conspiracy, for 9/11 one, I'm skeptical, coz of especially the laden plane

now sorry i got to sleep damint :x

I don't know if I can explain what it's like to see things differently and try to tell people who don't seem to care, even when there is proof - still no one cares. I can only empathize with Jim.

But as for you AA, like I said before. When it comes down to it, you can either look for yourself and make your own conclusions or as you seem to be doing, remain close minded about anything that may contradict what you believe and not become more enlightened about the subject by either concluding the information is false in hindsight or by simply taking in all possible perspectives to have a better more well rounded arguement.

In the end, no matter how many questions you ask a conspirator that they are willing to answer, the fact that you won't believe a word of it makes it rather pointless. Yet still I believe Jim would protest your lack of interest even after making that realisation. Why? Maybe because he actually believes in what he's seen and been told, and feels others have the right to know that feeling of awareness aswell.

Confront the truth not the conspirator in search of it. Or are you afraid of being labeled a conspirator yourselves in the process? 8)

Re: Most strange thing ever???

This video has been removed due to terms of use violation.

They pulled a video of two toddlers singing along to one of those "children's first boombox" plastic toys... Terms of use is rather wide in application.

It could have been a drunk mod, a mod related to the victims, a member of the Illuminati, or a freak server crash.... As with everything dealing with the truly luner-orbit conspiracy theories, it's to little, and not conclusive.

I saw the pics of Pentagon as alot saw it, and there was a reconstitution of a plane impact, it wasnt enough big to be that.

I've seen the same thing, and reached an entirely different conclusion. :?

Maybe Bush didnt do 9/11 BUT, he spread lies bou Saddam, spread lies bout saddam's WMD (no existing),

Saddam wasn't exactly helping to clear his 'good name' though - unless the UN was lying about him interfering with their weapon searches.
Which reminds me - I've heard more about Bush setting 9/11 than I've heard about the Oil for Food scandal... we're too busy searching for a way to smear Uncle Sam to bother with the sludge right in view.

*sigh*
These are the same type of people who really believed McCarthy was going to turn the US into a dictatorship, who believed Churchill goaded H.itler into war so he could help some friends in the aerospace industry, who believed Pear Harbor was fixed so the US could enter the war for it's industry, who believe the stock market crash was so FDR could turn us into a welfare state... the list goes on, and on, and on.

So either we have a massive conspiracy - dating back to the beginning of humanity A'la David Icke's The Biggest Secret - or this sort of thing happens often enough by coincidence, that you cannot attribute it to conspiracy.

---------------

_Bush

... That is something I simply do not understand.
Maybe it's because I have always used Lincoln as the standard of presidential abuse... and Bush hasn't come close to Abe.

who believed Churchill goaded Hitler into war so he could help some friends in the aerospace industry

Lmao, this forums censor has suddenly revealed the TRUE plot.

Re: Most strange thing ever???

Xeno.

What about all these weird things falling into place that when looked at later makes hundreds of thousands of people raise such ridiculous lines of inquiry?

I laugh not at your attempt to undermind all conspiracy in one lengthy reply. But rather at the fact that I don't think people would really take the time to make themselves out to look crazy as you would seem to be implying. If it were as simply observed and fabricated as most people like yourself, who don't even take the subject seriously, seem to suggest.

Well then everyone has the potential to be a big-wig person who is somehow in control of an underground new world order.

Then again, I think not. If people were theoretically that simple-minded, there would be more conspiracies than you would even bother mentioning. Everyone has the right to find their own truth and tell others what their conclusions and findings are. I would look at it as though thats what you're doing here, but unlike conspiracy, you just discredit everything outright as being too ridiculous to believe in and even more humorously suggest there is nothing in which to believe in.

Why - if that were the case you wouldn't have formed an entire arguement about it in the first place now would you?

I don't make half-assed posts, I know exactly what I think. I'm not changing my mind and he's not changing his, so I see no point in continuing to argue with him. As for conspiracies, sure, there's a few out there that I could possibly see, Area 51 and the sort. As for being afraid of being labeled a conspirator, honestly I have neither the time nor interest to bother trying to dig into the pool of crap that this controversy descends into. Unlike most, I do still think that the US is, despite its faults, a great country and there are still some depths to which not even the Grand Pu baa of idiots would sink to.

Re: Most strange thing ever???

I would say that there motivation is anything but trying to look crazy.
That's just the end result ;)
From College and High Schoolers playing 'cool' - to the genuinely unbalanced, to those making money of of Conspiracy books, to those who do believe in it with just as much blind bias as some of those who dismiss it.

I would look at it as though thats what you're doing here, but unlike conspiracy, you just discredit everything outright as being too ridiculous to believe in and even more humorously suggest there is nothing in which to believe in.

My philosophy is quite simple: there must be 'truth' - a certain world view that is 'reality'.
If we choose to depart from the world view that the majority of humanity sees as correct, and that I happen (in this case ;) ) to agree with - the debate is no longer about the facts (which will be interpreted differently), but about the lens through which the mutable facts are perceived, the world view, the bias.

Thus, the way I look at the 9/11 conspiracy: If the 'facts' lead to such wildly different conclusions between say, Apophis and I and neither of us are crazy - then it is a matter of Point of view - of how we look at the world.

Clearly then, if I were to accept the 9/11 conspiracy I would have to see things differently - I would have to look back through all the literature I've read, the thousands of books, and come to a conclusion that 2+2 did not equal 4, it equaled 5.

Let me put it this way: The only way I could see myself accepting the 9/11 conspiracy, facts aside, is if I believed it to be of enormous proportions. For only something of such enormous proportions seems logical.

It would need be of such enormous proportions, that David Icke would weep for lost cultists... and I feel, looking at that possibility, that to accept such a massive conspiracy, would lead to a state in which "there is nothing in which to believe in." because the denial of truth in such a state, has no worse repercussion than embracing it.

We're pretty screwed after all, if our president is Satan on earth - and Saddam Huissien is a martyr defending the oil against greedy America.
Therefore, I reject that world view on the grounds that, even if it is the truth - I am no worse off by denying it.*

Why - if that were the case you wouldn't have formed an entire arguement about it in the first place now would you?

Because, it would have been just as pointless, and useless to not post.
;)

*You must bear with me here, I'm thinking up counter-arguments to it myself... it is one of those things that skips beta testing due to the late hour, the lack of sleep, the cold medicine, etc. etc.

Re: Most strange thing ever???

No. I understand there were some discrepancies in 9/11 but thats because We don't have all the facts AND because the men who did it were NOT professionals. No professional would do that, because it be far easier to do more damage. Look at airport security, its all meant to capture amateurs. A professional could with a small group leave, say, 10 suitcases around the security lines during a long day. Thats 8-10 flights already, 10 of those you get a damage probably up there with 9/11 and your agents don't die.

But these groups don't want professionals, they have fanatics who are good but obviously make mistakes. 9/11 was not a well oiled plan, it was a good one but it had its fair share of mistakes that I think mixed with a bit of co-incidence was meshed into this "plot."

As for Saadam, Now I am far from the biggest fan of Bush but there is a difference between a lie and acting on bad information. Bush was told by people he trusted that where were WMD's he acted on it thinking it was true. I don't think theres proof were they said there weren't TO HIM.
