That realm is new to the ascended plane. The Ascended Council grants limited protection to realms less than 60 eons (days in worldly time) old...This includes use of the Ascended Superweapon, and direct Ascended Being attacks, on them....
The realm was first logged into months ago :@

He ascended at the start of the year i believe..... but only logged in 2-3months ago so ??? im confused i presume its when you log in first

If you ascend but dont log in then I *think* you cant be attacked.
