black market puchase failed to produce resources

yeah i bought $10worth of naq and $10 worth of turns but havent got them
after click aprove this order it told me order expired i think my computer date was different tried to rebuy then it didnt work pls help me
my id is 1912659
i have the recipt in my email box


i have done everthing right but still no one is helping pls
we pay good money cause we love the game pls love us back thankyou..

I shall mention that I've received another complaint very similar to this, so it isn't an isolated case. I'll make sure Admin hears of it ASAP.
